  • -Certain information about the installation and operation of the Software and encountered errors or problems;

We may use the personal information collected from within the Websites or when you use the SOFTWARE to:

  • -Send you communication from the SOFTWARE.

SECPOD acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. SECPOD collects information on behalf of our customers.


When you use our SOFTWARE, we may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a "cookie" or similar file/technologies. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on the SECPOD website. We do not use cookies to spy on you or otherwise invade your privacy. They cannot invade your hard drive and steal information. We use cookies to help you navigate the SOFTWARE as easily as possible, and to remember information about your current session. These are the Session Cookies and they are removed from your system when you close the web browser or turn off the computer. You must enable cookies on your web browser to use the SOFTWARE.


As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.


Our Websites includes social media features, such as the Facebook "Like" button, the "Share This" button. Where we have your consent, these features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Websites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Websites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.


Our Websites contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by SECPOD. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites or third parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Websites and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects personal information.

We will send you announcements related to the SOFTWARE on occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our SOFTWARE is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of communications which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you may deactivate your Account.


The Websites and SOFTWARE have industry standard security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
